  With respect to probate, ministers are planning to introduce a new staggered payment system that would see charges increase according to the value of estates. Currently probate fees are charged at a flat fee of £215.

  With the likely forthcoming referendum on EU membership what to me is clear is that if we did leave the European Union it would be inevitable that there would be a decline in employment law rights. This is because much of the employment law legislation and case law has derived from Europe.
