Human Law Mediation was established in 2002 as Human Law by principal, Justin Patten, solicitor and accredited mediator.

One of Human Law’s specialities was dispute resolution and litigation prevention.

It offers taraditioanl employment law advice and offers a full range of mediation services and mediation training programmes.

Human Law Mediation specialises  in employment law advice and working alongside lawyers, business owners, HR professionals and individuals to negotiate settlements on a wide range of business and personal disputes.

Mediations are conducted personally by Justin Patten. Justin is an accredited mediator, trained with the Academy of Experts. He is also a fully qualified solicitor meaning he understands the law and the use of the legal process in dispute resolution. Following our 6-point plan for successful mediation Justin uses a systematic yet sympathetic approach to your dispute.
